About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Patient Access Officer to join our committed and supportive team. This role provides efficient and confidential administrative support in the Integrated Specialist Care team. It is a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders and is critical in supporting our aims of achieving great patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide prompt operational support to the program team leader and patient access officers to deliver excellent customer service and ensure that the Integrated Specialist Care department operates smoothly.
- Manage patient schedules from start to finish optimizing them to minimize gaps and enhance efficiency.
- Solution-focused to oversee waitlist management operations to maximise patient access.
- A patient-focused approach with genuine care at the centre of everything you do to provide an exceptional patient experience.
About you:
- Strong experience in working with a variety of tasks in an administrative environment.
- Medical administration or medical reception experience desired.
- Exemplary time management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional customer service through building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Ability to work as a senior team member to create and support a positive team environment.
- to maintain a healthy work-life balance by providing regular opportunities to rest and recharge with a monthly Accrued Day Off (ADO).
