As our Senior Workforce Business Partner youll be

• a trusted advisor to leaders across the health service;
• delivering contemporary bestpractice HR consultancy across performance management conflict resolution talent retention and more;
• manage People & Culture processes champion evidencebased decision making and ensure our workforce strategies are proactive futurefocused and aligned with MDHS strategic direction; and
• your expertise will help shape a culture of accountability continuous improvement and high performance.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of complex employee relations matters across a multisite health service. Youll manage endtoend ER/IR cases guide leaders through change and work closely with unions and external stakeholders to foster positive productive relationships. Your ability to identify risks influence outcomes and provide solutionsfocused advice will be central to your success.

In addition youll deputise for the Director People & Culturegiving you exposure to health leadership.
