As our Senior Workforce Business Partner youll be
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of complex employee relations matters across a multisite health service. Youll manage endtoend ER/IR cases guide leaders through change and work closely with unions and external stakeholders to foster positive productive relationships. Your ability to identify risks influence outcomes and provide solutionsfocused advice will be central to your success.
In addition youll deputise for the Director People & Culturegiving you exposure to health leadership.
