This critical role leads theGlobal Medicalvertical forPumitamig a single-asset mission-focused team designed to accelerate clinical evidence generation recruitment education and external advocacyfor international marketsin one of the most competitive therapeuticareasin BMS history. TheMPLwill driveaunified strategy high-velocity execution and end-to-end ownership across allGlobal Oncologyensuringbest-in-classmedical engagement forPumitamigin this criticalpre-launch phase.The role will report tothe VPGlobalDAH.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Direction

In close collaboration withthe alliance this role is accountable for:

• Develop and execute a unified strategy forPumitamig ensuring speed clarity and relentless focus on program goals in full alignment with theglobal & US strategy

• Leadand managethe dedicatedmedicalPumitamigteams at Global and US leveleliminatingfragmentation and aligning messaging evidence and education acrossenterprise.

• Drive rapid decision-making and execution removing delays inherent in traditional matrix models.

Operational Leadership &Accountability

• Ensure direct accountability atinternational regional and field levels enabling real-time progress tracking and immediate intervention.

• Optimizetrial execution and site engagement across diverse marketsin close collaboration with RCO &InternationalPumitamigLead.

• Monitorcompetitor activities and proactively adapt strategies tomaintainleadership.

• Oversee resource allocation budget management and strategic prioritization to maximize efficiency and impact.

• Establish and monitor KPIs dashboards and reporting tools for continuous improvement.
