What your day-to-day will look like:

• Maintain lighting systems bulbs and ballasts
• Install carpet flooring systems
• Clean HVAC coils change filters and belts
• Maintain and repair locks locking mechanisms closers doors and furniture.
• Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems.
• Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets urinals lavatories flush valves sinks drains water heaters piping and sump pumps.
• Prepare prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks to maintain buildings.
• Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting locksmith work tenant services requests and general maintenance as assigned.
• Prioritizes all PMs corrective and emergent work orders for the site (annual monthly weekly and daily).
• Update work order status in real time utilizing Corrigo system.
• Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner.
• This position requires the employee to be on call for after-hoursemergencies.
• Comply with all safety procedures maintaining good housekeeping and safety ofwork areas.
• Maintain compliance to State County or City Ordinances Codes orLaws.
• Complies with all policies for the safe storage usage and disposal ofhazardous materials.
• Participate in ongoing technical safety and operational process trainingprograms
• Maintains a clean and safe work performance and materials procurement asdirected.
• Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of theMaintenance Mechanicrole.
• This position requires the employee to be on call for after-hoursemergencies.
• Work Hours - Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• BAS experience
• Preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment

Required Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Proficient in basic computer application software such as MS Office Outlook CMMS Corrigio etc.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training in the areas of carpentry electrical and plumbing.(Preferred)
