Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and help teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. The Scrum Master will coach the team in Scrum principles remove impediments foster continuous improvement and act as a servant leader to both the development team and the Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
Coach train and mentor the team in Scrum values principles and best practices.
Actively identify track and eliminate impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
Protect the team from external distractions and interference ensuring focus on sprint goals.
Encourage continuous improvement by promoting regular reflection and actionable outcomes.
Support the Product Owner in articulating the product vision and ensuring it is clearly understood by the team.
Assist the Product Owner and team in preparing for and executing effective sprint planning.
Enable the team to present sprint outcomes clearly and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Foster a positive collaborative and high-performing team environment by leading through influence and example.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
Excellent communication coaching and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to remove impediments and manage stakeholder expectations
Experience working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
