About the Role:

The SCM Services Contracts Administrator is responsible for preparing drafting and administering service contracts in alignment with Enbridge policies procedures and governance requirements. This role involves reviewing and analyzing service requisitions coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers and ensuring that all contractual activities meet organizational standards. Additionally the position supports spend analysis and reporting through advanced use of Excel and Power BI. As a key liaison between business units sourcing specialists and external suppliers the Contracts Administrator helps drive efficient procurement processes and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft prepare and administer service agreements for review by Legal Supply Chain personnel and business units; support endtoend agreement execution.
  • Ensure all contracting activities comply with SCM and enterprise governance standards policies and procedures.
  • Maintain organized and accurate contract and procurement records according to established documentation requirements.
  • Apply supply chain principles market intelligence and industry advancements to recommend process improvements and optimize business outcomes.
  • Investigate troubleshoot and facilitate resolution of procurement-related issues when requested by internal clients or suppliers.
  • Demonstrate strong integrity ethical conduct safety awareness and stewardship while contributing to costeffectiveness and organizational profitability.
  • Act as a primary liaison between sourcing specialists internal customers consultants and suppliers to support contracting and procurement activities.
  • Provide training guidance and process support to enduser departments as required.
  • Participate actively in Supply Chain Management departmental initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support procurement and SCM objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • University or college degree in Supply Chain Finance Business Economics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of Supply Chain Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and demonstrated experience drafting service agreements; paralegal experience is highly desirable.
  • Handson experience with ERP systems used in procurement and contracting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas pivot tables data modeling etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to prepare clear documentation and deliver effective presentations.
  • Strong mathematical analytical and problemsolving capabilities.

Preferred:

  • Legal training or a Law Certificate.
  • Professional supply chain certification (e.g. SCMP CPSM).
  • Enrollment in or progress toward SCM professional designation programs (SCMP/CPSM or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for spend analytics and reporting.
