Job Summary

Connectalents the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring IT Trainer Between Maadi & Ain Sokhna for a global leader in supply chain services infrastructure and innovation with over 45000 employees.

The IT Trainer (IT Business Solutions) designs and delivers training programs for custom-built and enterprise applications to ensure effective user adoption. The role involves conducting in-person and virtual training developing clear and user-friendly training materials collaborating with development and business teams on system updates supporting software roll outs and change management initiatives tracking training effectiveness and mentoring junior trainers to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Education or a related field.
5 years of experience in software training with at least 2 years focused on custom enterprise
applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite e-learning authoring tools and collaboration platforms (e.g.
MS Teams Zoom).
Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with change-management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Prosci) or Agile environments.
