Madison Colleges Public Safety Services is seeking a Public Safety Officer to support safety and security operations across the district. This position is responsible for performing shift-specific safety and security duties throughout all campus facilities ensuring the well-being of students staff and visitors.
The Public Safety Officer plays a critical role in maintaining order through proactive patrol timely incident response effective management and appropriate follow-up. Working independently the officer must exercise sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
Position Details:
Schedule: This is a full-time second-shift position scheduled for four 10-hour shifts each week working Wednesday through Saturday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm.
Shift Differential: Earn $2.00 per hour shift differential for all hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am as well as for any hours worked on Sundays.
