About the Role

The Partner Sales Director is a highimpact leadership role at the centre of Kongs next phase of partnerled growth. Youll shape and scale a worldclass partner ecosystem across channel technology GSI and cloud alliancesunlocking new revenue and amplifying Kongs reach. If you thrive in fastmoving environments love building with partners and want to be part of a company reshaping the market this role is for you.

What Youll Own

  • Drive tight alignment with the Regional VP and Regional Directors to build and execute regionwide GTM strategies

  • Assess market dynamics to ensure optimal partner coverage that accelerates Field Sales success

  • Lead crossfunctional alignment across marketing support CX and more

  • Continually refine the GTM model to stay ahead of industry shifts and partner opportunities

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of smashing revenue targets

  • Handson experience running GTM motions across all partner types: Channel Tech Alliances Cloud and GSIs

  • Strong relationships with top national VARs/SIs (WWT Trace3 Slalom etc.)

  • Passion for generating net-new sourced business through the partner ecosystem

  • Ability to excel in a highvelocity multitasking environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
