This position is hybrid M-F 8am-5pm

Pay Range

$28.55 - $42.85

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provides program and project management assistance.
  • Assists in tracking project progress and deliverables
  • Provides essential daily management of mobile care initiatives
  • Proactively responds to internal and external requests for information and ad hoc updates.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to complete tasks related to the mobile care operations
  • Develops and contributes to departmental communication and planning.

Licensure Registration and/or Certification Required:

  • None

Education Required:

  • Bachelors degree required

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 4 years of project and program coordination. Experience managing diverse programs within a large health care system beneficial.
  • Experienced speaking with patients and family members highly preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Analytic reasoning skills. Visual Acuity. Manual Dexterity. Exercising judgement with frequent interruption competing stimuli and stress. Collaborative decision-making.
  • This position requires travel therefore will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
