This position is hybrid M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Range
$28.55 - $42.85Major Responsibilities:
- Provides program and project management assistance.
- Assists in tracking project progress and deliverables
- Provides essential daily management of mobile care initiatives
- Proactively responds to internal and external requests for information and ad hoc updates.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to complete tasks related to the mobile care operations
- Develops and contributes to departmental communication and planning.
Licensure Registration and/or Certification Required:
- None
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree required
Experience Required:
- 2 to 4 years of project and program coordination. Experience managing diverse programs within a large health care system beneficial.
- Experienced speaking with patients and family members highly preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Analytic reasoning skills. Visual Acuity. Manual Dexterity. Exercising judgement with frequent interruption competing stimuli and stress. Collaborative decision-making.
- This position requires travel therefore will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
