Job Summary
Position Description:
1. Experience with SAP BW Upgrade & Unicode conversion projects
2. Securing High-availability of our SAP-System Landscape ( S4HANA); including operating system and storage systems backup and recovery solution with HA-Solutions and virtualisation.
3. You should be able to work as an independent team member capable of applying judgement to plan and execute your tasks.
4. Having complete ownership of one or multiple SAP systems like S/4 HANA ECC Business Objects Data services BI Solman etc
5. Manage and maintain the organisations SAP HANA database environment including installation configuration patching and upgrades.
6. Setup configuration migration update and administration of SAP-Systems (on-prem cloud) & Solutions and integration as well for ABAP & Java Systems
7. First- and Second Level Support for particular SAP basic issues.
8. Operational support for cloud-based SAP applications technical concepts monitoring reporting and interfaces
9. Participation in the implementation of security guidelines and SAP recommendations
10. Participate in system refresh tasks client copies archiving system build install and other planned and unplanned Basis activities.
11. Troubleshoot the issues escalate to other tiers as appropriate proactivity checking OSS notes monitor EWA alerts and take actions in time.
