Job Summary
# OneTrust Platform Support Services
Wipros core platform support activities include:
Providing support for the ongoing configurations of the OneTrust platform
including workflows template designs reporting dashboards.
Provide guidance on new platform releases and the impact of those changes
on the WKKC in-scope modules.
Support the enhancement and creation of user groups and permissions.
Enhance and configure standard reports and dashboards as requested by
WKKC.
Provide technical support of the OneTrust platform and coordinate technical
issues with OneTrust support teams and other WKKC technology partners as
needed.
Providing guidance on best practices including key techniques to optimize the
use of OneTrust across the various business stakeholders.
# OneTrust Module Specific Support Services
Wipro will support the maintenance and enhancements to the in-scope modules.
These efforts may include the following activities associated with each OneTrust
module:
1. Third-Party Risk Management
2. IT & Security Risk Management
Nice to have-:
3. Data Mapping Automation-
4. Privacy Rights Automation (DSAR) - Nice to have
5. Cookie Consent- Nice to have
# Data Security Governance:
Perform security risk assessments of technology solutions and 3rd party providers to
determine information security risks to the enterprise. Work closely with data /
process owners and IT project stakeholders to clearly understand solutions being
implemented and provide guidance on control requirements / risk mitigation actions
and associated risk of non-compliance. Work closely with Project Delivery
Management Enterprise Architecture Application / Security Architecture Legal and
Internal - General
Use
Procurement teams to drive implementation of appropriate controls to comply with
Kelloggs policy / standards to reduce security risk to acceptable level. Provide
overall oversight to global and regional IT Security Leads to ensure security risk
assessments are performed consistently and timely.
# GRC Process Ownership:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Kelloggs Security Risk Evaluation (SRE)
process. Lead efforts to continuously improve the SRE process to meet or exceed all
stakeholders expectations. Build professional relationships across the company and
work closely with and influence senior decision makers in other departments to
identify recommend develop implement and support a risk informed decision and
action framework. Leverage analytical skills to gain insights technical proficiency to
deliver right-fit solutions and stellar communications skills to present findings
discovery and recommendations in a logical and easily understandable manner.
Deliver awareness and training program on security and privacy matters for
employees and contractors.
# GRC Tool Oversight:
Serve as product owner of WKKCs Onetrust GRC tool development and
sustainment. Provide leadership and oversight of our development / support team to
ensure development and sustainment work are completed as planned. Keep up with
product updates to ensure we take advantage of relevant product features and
capabilities.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in IT computer science information security or a related
field.
Related certifications such as CISM CRISC and CISSP or have certification
in progress.
Work experience in a Global company working on globally scoped projects.
Experience in project management business / system / data analysis or
governance.
Strong Office365 (Word PowerPoint Excel) skills.
One Trust 3rd Party and IT Risk modules and Business Analyst or
Administrator Training

Use
# DSR Program Support
WKKC intends to handle the DSR program and associated workflows internally
however in times of needed support Wipro will assist WKKC on a per-request basis.
The associated fees will be an add-on line item if/when the service is utilized.
# Enhancement & Maintenance of Data Mappings
Wipro will leverage its prior experience to provide assistance as requested by
WKKC on a per-project basis in the design review or improvement of its
information gathering plan to identify and track assets and processing activities.
Assistance provided under this section will be tracked as an additional line item and
billed separately.

Wipro will assist WKKC with building integrations between OneTrust and other
enterprise systems. Each integration would be billed as a separate line item upon
request from WKKC.
