Job Summary
Troubleshoot diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components both in the branch and off site (customers and other locations.)
Essential Functions
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
- Diagnose problems prepare estimates for repairs.
- Repair and install new systems in the field.
- Keep work area/truck clean and organized.
- Maintain proper inventory on service vehicle.
- Maintain a professional image and relationship with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities while on customer premises.
Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- 2 years of Hydraulic Field Service experience is required
- Valid Drivers License Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions operations and the environment will affect outcome.
- Skill to formulate a sound decision using available information.
- Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a task.
- Work at customer site in accordance with their work rules.
