Pay:$20.00/hour
Schedule: Mon - Fri 7AM - 3PM

The Security Site Supervisor functions as a supervisor of Security Officers Lead Officers and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed that established rounds are completed and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
What your Day May Look Like:
Greet client employees site visitors vendors client and aid as needed.
Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions hazards security violations blocked ingress and egress mechanical problems unauthorized persons inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear.
Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors and/or vendors.
Complete daily activity (DAR) incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems.
Provide an atmosphere in which all site visitors client employees client and Management know their needs are being met.
Operates in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property.
Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents emergencies or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage and provides direction or information to others.
Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client Company Management or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.
Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards.
Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol inspection and response services
- Intermediate to advanced computer / technology skills needed
Security military or law enforcement experience a plus!
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
Ability to cover shifts as needed.
Must have reliable transportation Colorado Drivers License and clean driving record due to required mobile patrol. Sites may not be accessible by public transportation due to shift and/or location.
Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check!
