Job Summary

Palisades Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Culinary Operations to oversee the culinary excellence and operational consistency of our high-end full-service Piatti restaurant portfolio.

We offer a fresh take on the traditional neighborhood Italian trattoria by combining a warm inviting atmosphere with seamless service and an immersive market experience.

The soul of our menu is our housemade pasta which is rolled cut and cooked by hand every single day. As we continue to grow we are seeking a Director of Culinary Operations to uphold these elevated standards and lead our culinary teams toward continued excellence.

Position Highlights: Director of Culinary Operations

  • Strategic Oversight: Act as the bridge between BOH and FOH to ensure operational and service consistency across all locations.
  • Culinary Innovation: Partner with consultants to implement seasonal menu innovations and conduct R&D for new dishes.
  • Operational Rigor: Maintain brand integrity through regular site visits kitchen audits and the standardization of premium ingredients.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage menu pricing and costing to achieve budgeted COGS while maintaining quality benchmarks.

This job requires frequent travel (60-75%)
