Ray Catena BMW/Lexus of Westchester is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Office Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in accuracy accountability and teamwork.We foster a true team atmospherethis is a workplace where we support one another andneversay thats not my job.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Posting and accounting for vehicle deals
- Commissioning deals accurately and timely
- Processing trade payoffs
- Cleaning and maintaining schedules
- Supporting daily accounting office operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of5 years of automotive accounting experience(required)
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-first environment
- Professional dependable and self-motivated
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range:$55000 $65000 annually based on experience
