As Resource Development Coordinator your core responsibilities will be to assist the Vice President of Development and Communications to strengthen and support Empowering Abilities by focusing on marketing & communications development operations support and grant writing.
Schedule:7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday. Required flexibility for occasional events and meetings outside of regularly scheduled hours.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
- Maintains a content calendar aligned with campaigns events grants and priorities and creates and manages content for newsletters (internal and external) email social media website annual reports and donor communications.
- Assists with design and production of marketing materials sponsorship packets appeals event promotions and stewardship pieces ensuring consistent brand voice messaging and visual standards.
- Maintains accurate donor and grant records in the CRM supporting gift entry acknowledgments pledge tracking and stewardship systems.
- Researches foundation corporate and public grant opportunities assists in preparing and submitting grant proposals letters of inquiry and supporting materials.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelorsdegree from an accredited college or universityrequired.
- Experience in fundraisingmarketing &public relations or similar dutiesrequired.
- Possess current and valid drivers license and auto insurance and maintain a good driving record.
- Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening Driving Record TB test).
