We created a number of mobile applications including the worlds most genuine social network Scorp app. With over 16M users worldwide the Scorp app has successfully re-defined the social network in Turkey. Now we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps which have already reached 100M users! We are looking for a Freelance Customer Service Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation good communication skills persuasiveness results orientation and strong problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for expanding the customer base and building customer loyalty through excellent service building customer loyalty and exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service - Desirable
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration.
- Adeptness in multitasking.
- Being able to be patient and kind when solving the problems.
- Displaying a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes.
- Advanced Portuguese and English - Required
Responsibilities
- Resolving customer issues with a positive and proactive approach.
- Keeping customers informed about updates and offers.
- Respond quickly and accurately to a high volume of requests from our customers
- Updating the checklist on a weekly basis
- Demonstrating creativity in templates.
