Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:
Develop IT strategy create roadmaps and identify tech needs to support business objectives.

Leadership & Team Management:
Lead mentor and build high-performing IT teams (engineers technicians support).

Infrastructure & Operations:
Oversee network security cloud services (AWS Azure) servers software hardware and ensure system uptime.

Security & Compliance:
Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection.

Budget & Vendor Management:
Manage IT budgets control costs and oversee relationships with third-party vendors.

Project Management:
Drive IT projects from implementation to upgrades ensuring efficient delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with other departments and senior leaders to align tech with business needs.

Innovation:
Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT/CS or related field.

Extensive IT management experience (often 10 years).

Strong leadership communication and strategic thinking.

Expertise in cybersecurity cloud networking and enterprise software.
