Customer Support Agent (Croatian & English)

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent fluent in Croatian and English to join an international team based in Athens. This is a full-time permanent role with competitive benefits and relocation support.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Agent you will:
- Provide high-quality support to customers via multiple channels
- Handle inquiries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow internal processes and meet performance targets
Working Schedule
- Full time: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day 5 days/week)
- Shift pattern: MondaySunday between 08:0019:00
- Work model:
- On-site for the first 9 weeks
- Remote work may be considered afterward based on performance and readiness
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 1200 gross per month
- 14 salaries per year (12 monthly Easter Summer and Christmas bonuses)
- Performance bonus (based on role criteria)

- Permanent employment contract
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must have one of the following:
- EU citizenship or
- Valid residence card with Full Market Access
Relocation Support
For candidates relocating from abroad:
- Up to 300 gross flight reimbursement (paid with first salary)
- 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office
- Legal support for hiring documentation (candidates must provide required documents)
Important notes:
- Candidates must be in Athens at least 7 days before the start date for hiring formalities
- Relocated employees are required to work on-site for at least 3 months unless they already have housing in Greece with a confirmed internet connection
- No standard relocation package for candidates already based in Greece
