We are seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Manager to develop manage and expand partner and distribution channels in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels strengthening partner relationships and ensuring alignment between channel strategies and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel partner strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Recruit onboard and manage channel partners resellers and distributors
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners
Collaborate with internal sales marketing and product teams to support channel initiatives
Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with channel agreements and policies
Design and deliver partner training enablement programs and sales tools
Analyze channel performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies through channel partnerships
Manage channel conflict resolution and ensure alignment with direct sales efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field
Minimum of 58 years of experience in channel management partner sales or business development
Proven track record of driving revenue through indirect sales or partner ecosystems
Strong negotiation relationship management and communication skills
Experience working with CRM platforms and partner management tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate channel performance and ROI
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced business degree
Experience managing national or regional partner networks
Background in technology SaaS telecommunications or enterprise solutions
Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and partner incentive programs
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $115000 $160000 USD commensurate with experience qualifications and geographic location
Additional Compensation: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses or commission plans
