Job Summary
Trial Attorney (Warranty Defence)
MidSenior Level California License Required Remote (CA)
This is not a training role.
This is not a general litigation seat.
This is a trial-first position for attorneys who already know how to stand up take control of a room and win.
Youll work on a dedicated litigation team defending automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in high-volume warranty actions. The work is real. The expectations are high. The standards are unforgiving.
What Clears the Bar

5 years as a litigation attorney
-
Substantial trial and arbitration experience openings closings witness exams motion practice depositions mediation

You write clean argue clearly and dont need hand-holding

Strong academic background
-
Organized disciplined and reliable under pressure

Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Warranty experience is not required. Trial credibility is.

Compensation

$170000 $200000 base
