Job Description:

Central information technology organization providing the network infrastructure hardware software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. The End User Support Specialist provides network and database administration device management and administers processes services and technical support for hardware and software for the organizations internal and external clients.

This is a full-time in-person position (Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Frequent travel by vehicle is required (85%). Minor out of state travel requiring overnight stay (15%). Expenses will be reimbursed.

Required Skills/Experience:

Remote desktop support (e.g. Bomgar Dameware)
Ticketing Systems (especially ServiceNow)
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Windows OS knowledge
Active Directory basics (unlock/reset passwords machine accounts)
SCCM familiarity (software deployment imaging)
Intune/device management knowledge
Network fundamentals (basic connectivity printers)
2 years of related work experience
Clean drivers license and own vehicle

Education/Certifications:

High School Diploma and/or trade school required
Certifications (e.g. CompTIA A etc.) is a plus.
