Job Summary:

Join RailPros as a Project / Program Management Intern and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of rail infrastructure. This internship offers an exceptional chance to gain hands-on experience in project and program management within the civil and rail engineering sectors. As a valued member of our team you will work closely with our project management team contributing to the successful planning execution and completion of various civil projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure alignment with Program goals individual project goals timelines and budgets.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports meeting minutes and project plans; prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
• Communication: Act as a liaison facilitating effective communication between project team members clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow.
• Schedule Management: Contribute to developing and maintaining individual project as well as overall program schedules; monitor progress and address any timeline deviations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers architects contractors) to achieve project milestones.
• Learning and Development: Utilize this internship to gain insights into civil engineering project management.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in electronic communication (e-mail text) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail data trends problem-solving abilities and commitment to accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Required Education and Experience:

• Working towards aBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• No prior experience required.
