We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Controlling Consultant who possesses a strong understanding of SAP CO processes along with hands-on experience delivering both support and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing L2 and L3 support activities driving issue resolution and contributing to enhancement addition the candidate should have successfully completed at least two full-cycle SAP Finance implementations in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Provide L2 and L3 functional support for SAP Controlling (CO) modules ensuring timely resolution of incidents service requests and problem tickets.
Analyze troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues related to SAP CO components.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions perform gap analysis and propose system improvements.
Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering solution design configuration testing data migration training and post-go-live support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM SD FI PP etc.) to ensure seamless integration of finance-related processes.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in system upgrades patch assessments and deployment of enhancement projects.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational IT standards.
Should be able to lead team and client facing
Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience in L2 & L3 support with good understanding of ITIL processes.
Minimum 2 full life-cycle SAP Finance implementations in ECC or S/4HANA.
Solid experience in integration points with other SAP modules (SD MM FI PP etc.).
Should have experience in Cycle Allocations Internal order costs and expense postings
Should have experience in Production costing
Should have experience in Inventory accounting Material Ledger actual costing and cost estimates.
Should have experience in COPA configuration and experience in COPA technical settings.
Should be well versed with Profit analysis postings Results management and Reporting.
Should have experience in writing functional specifications for enhancements and customization reports
Experience in building SAP queries validations and substitutions report painters & LSMWs
Good understanding of the different integration technologies and standards (IDoc BAPI BADI etc.)
Should have participated in several projects in all phases (blueprint production final preparation go live and support)
Should be able to write functional specifications in the context of an SAP solution with many related integrations.
Should have knowledge of Solution Manager and CHARM
Good-to-Have Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills communication abilities and stakeholder management experience.
SAP Controlling or management accounting certification in ECC / S4
SAP S4 Group Reporting (optional).
Knowledge of financial reporting tools or analytics (optional).
Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and other stakeholders
Excellent team spirit focused on collaboration
Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks concurrently independently or as part of a team and meet deadlines
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors or Master degree in Finance or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA CO.
Exposure to global rollout projects.
SAP CO Certification (preferred).
