- Assists administrators teachers bus drivers and bus aides to assure safe transportation to and from school.
- Assist with emergency situations when needed.
- Assists the principals/assistant principal in other areas as directed.
- Performs related tasks as required.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES |
Must have thorough knowledge of school law. (State and local). Must have leadership and management skills necessary to work with students teachers parents and administrators. Strong oral and written communication skills; outstanding leadership and personal characteristics; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrators parents teachers and students. |
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE |
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree and three years of teaching experience. Masters degree preferred. Administrative endorsement preferred. |
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS |
Possession of Virginia Teaching License. |
