Machine Operator
Are you a mechanically inclined individual with a passion for precision Our Neenah client is a leading finishing facility looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join their production team.
They pride themselves on being the final step in the finishing process making high quality printed materials

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Set up and operate specialized mechanical binding machinery (spiral wire and coil).
Technical Adjustments: Perform manual machine changeovers and minor mechanical troubleshooting to ensure optimal run speeds.
Precision Inspection: Monitor production for quality defects such as improper punches misaligned wires or scuffed covers.
Material Handling: Load and unload paper stock and binding consumables maintaining an organized workflow.
Qualifications
Experience: 1 years of machine operation experience (experience in print finishing mail houses or paper conversion is a major plus).
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to use basic hand tools for machine setups and adjustments.
Attention to Detail: You must have a quality-first mindset to catch errors before they reach the customer.
Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for 810 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
