Role Overview:
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for smooth operation of the companys daily activities.
What you be involved in:
Contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the office
Providing world class service to our clients
Providing coordination and support for companys projects and operations
Supporting internal meetings
Substantial involvement and support to the companys promotional activities
Promoting KESEAs services to new and current clients
Excellent understanding of the services provided
Supporting training activities prior during and after training
Preparing material files for seminars
What you need:
Good written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and technology in general
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and personal drive
Nice to have:
Bachelors degree in business administration preferably with Marketing concentration or other related field is desired but not a must
2-5 years relevant experience
