Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Receptionist for a clothing distribution warehouse located in Palmetto!

Qualifications for Receptionists:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

High school diploma.
Business related post high school training is a plus.
Previous HR experience is preferred.
A year in switchboard and/or telephone experience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective computer skills.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Receptionists:

Answer telephones and routes calls promptly.
Greets visitors have them sign guest register and notifies person being visited.
Reporting any problems with telephone system.
Completes filing as needed.
Operates copy machine as needed.
Types memos and other correspondence as needed.
Updates phone listing as needed.
Maintain video screens.
Types labels and required/when needed.
Coordinates interviews and pre-employment paperwork.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail.
Maintains ID badge system; take pictures print badges etc.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
Recruiting experience is a plus

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 6:45AM-2:45PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
