Mainframe console monitoring and operations. Incident change and problem management principles. Managing and participating in virtual bridge calls. Customer service skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Mainframe hardware knowledge including CEC CPC LPAR and HMC. Experience with native z OS and performance monitors. TSO and ISPF experience. Basic understanding of mainframe hardware including CEC CPC LPAR and HMC. JCL and batch processing experience. Control M experience. Mainframe disaster recovery planning coordination. z OS basics including composition and functions of system components. Parallel Sysplex experience. JES3 experience. Incident management experience. Problem management experience.
