Reconciliation Specialist

We are opening for a Reconciliation Specialist position to join our Reconciliation team.

What Youll Do

• Performing monthly reconciliation data with Partners & Merchants. The reconciliation specialist will identify any errors or discrepancies in data from Partners/ Merchants side and work to resolve them. This may involve working with other departments or teams to gather additional information and clarify any issues
• Preparing payment documentations to Clients after reconciling data
• Handling payment process to Merchants
• Communicating with stakeholders: The specialist will communicate with stakeholders such as DA team Sales team Finance and accounting teams to provide updates on the status of reconciled data records and to resolve any issues that arise
• Developing and implementing process improvements: The specialist may identify areas for process improvement and work with other teams to implement changes. This could involve developing new procedures automating processes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

• Attention to detail: Reconciliation requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure that financial records are accurate and complete
• Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies and errors
• Problem solving skills: When discrepancies and errors are identified the reconciliation specialist must be able to solve problems and find solutions to ensure that data reconciles & billing process on time and accurately. This requires a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Proficient in Word Excel Google suite
  
• Excellent command of English ( IELTS 7.0)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
