Job Summary
INFINITI of Albuquerque is looking for a motivated customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If youre passionate about delivering a premium customer experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual pay range: $40000 $90000 (based on experience and performance)
3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year

What Youll Do:
Greet and assist service customers in a professional friendly manner
Write up repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
Act as a liaison between customers and technicians
Provide accurate estimates and timelines
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from start to finish
What Were Looking For:
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership experience a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to upsell services ethically and transparently
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Valid drivers license
