We are looking for a senior leader to drive delivery excellence set long-term strategy and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. In the roleyou will:
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale AI GenAI and agentic solutions from data platforms andMLOps/LLMOpsto model deployment and enterprise integration.
Set technical direction and governance ensuring secure scalable and high-quality engineering across multiple teams and initiatives.
Translate complex AI and data capabilities into clear business value for executive stakeholders.
Guide clients through AI-driven transformation including operating model organizational and technology change.
Drive growth and sales activities through client engagements strategic pursuits and leading content creation and messaging for CXO pitches.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for anexperiencedleaderwitha strongtechnical background in Data& AI who canleadandadvisecomplex large-scale engagements mentor anddevelop other leaders as well asact as atrusted strategic advisorto senior client stakeholders.
Specifically we expect you to bring:
10 years of experience in AI data and advanced analytics
Deep AI & Dataknowledge extensive work and academicexperiencewithin AI solution modellingdata platform architectures and cloud technologies
Ability to abstract solve and explain complex problems and navigate both the business and technical dimensions of aData &AItransformation project
Experienced in managing the fullData &AItech delivery lifecycle - from business needs to production - ready solutions and business adoption - creating business value
Strong leadership experience in buildingcoachingand developing high-performing teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Executive-level stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes
Commercial leadership experience including shaping major engagements and driving business growth
Deepexpertisein one or two industries with senior advisory and transformation experience
