Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and ambitious AI & Data Strategy Manager to join our Swedish team in the roleyoullbe part of a dynamic work environmentwhere you willbe responsible forleading teams in solving complex problemsreinventing our clientsbusinesseswith AI and agentswhile constantly aspiring to develop your professional and interpersonal skills.

In this role you will:
Leadprojectsin strategy development and product adoption where Data and AI meetreal businesschallenges.
Drive development ofroadmaps frameworks playbooks and investment recommendationsfor our client AI journeys.
Playa key role in the internal leadership team managing our teammembersprofessional growth and practice offerings.
Drive sales activities withe.g.leadingcontentcreationand messagesfor CXO pitches.
Contribute to firm IP through reusable templates assetspoint-of-viewsand benchmarks.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive problem solver with good technical understanding of AI & Data who can drive successful projects mentor junior team members and act asa key playerto drive client projects andC-level interactions. You havea track recordof driving AI- and data related strategy work PMO experience related to implementing AI and agentic AI solutions end-to-endand you are passionate about applyingcutting-edgeAI technology to solve real-world business challenges.
Specifically we expect a good matchto:
Bring5-8years of experience in data/AI strategy digital consulting or AI-driven innovation from consulting startups or corporates.
Drive insights and perspectives on emergingAIimpactsonorganizationsi.e.how to drive AI reinventionAI strategy & value management Data & AI operating model design AI technology architecture and more.
Have experience of working project basedinproject manager roles or similar leading teams in their everyday workand leading client engagements
Combine business acumen and technical understanding to navigate topics like AI/ML data platforms and emerging technologies.
Communicate clearly and confidently with local Swedish clientsand C-level executives translating complexity into actionable insights.
Excellent English language speaking & writing skillsSwedish (or another Nordic language)is a plus.
Hold a relevant masters degree (e.g. business engineering science) with strong academic results.
