The Role:
1. Responsible for Slurry HVM (high volume manufacturing) processincludingSOP review & creation process improvement andmaintainproduct quality with statistics tools etc.
2. Provide support to the operations and quality groups for troubleshooting continuous improvement process control and management of changes.
3. A capital project leader to meet NPI (new product introduction) development scheduling and sample supply timeline.
4. Develop and implement state-of-art technologies in manufacturing to improve product costqualityand consistency.
In this role you will:
1. Lead SPC review for issue solving and qualitycontrol.
2. Drive continuous improvement of cost and quality in the existing manufacturing process and enhance final product quality through quick and efficient responsiveness and troubleshooting related to performance issues.
3. Fully support the NPI sample delivery and the SVM (small volume manufacturing)/NPI transition to HVM on schedule.
4. Lead (capital) projects for safetyprocessand productivityimprovement.Join the project team of newproductand new process introduction and coordinate with manufacturingqualityand related functions to achieve the business goal.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
1. Bachelors degree or above is preferredmajoringin chemical engineering related is preferred or chemicals profession
2. Expertisein SPC(statistical process control) 6sigmamethodologyandbigdataanalysis. Ability to focus and summarize complex data sets towards key decision points and actions.
3. Experience with process control methodologies used in continuous or batch chemical operations.
4. Experience with leading capitalproject process design and constructionis a plus.
5. Ability ofcommunication(listening speakingreadingand writing)in English.
