TheTekSynap is seeking aCybersecurityLeadtoprovide RMF FISMA A&A vulnerability management and cybersecurity oversight for approximately 30 DON OA systems and applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead allcybersecurity and information assurance activitiesin accordance withRMF FISMA DoDI 8500/8510 and DON cybersecurity guidance.

• OverseeAssessment and Authorization (A&A)activities for DON OA systems ensuring continuous ATO maintenance.

• Manage development tracking and remediation ofPlans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)and report status to Government stakeholders.

• Conduct and overseevulnerability assessments network scans Web Risk Assessments (WRA) and remediation verification.

• Serve as lead for theInformation Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) program including review of ACAS/VRAM results and compliance tracking.

• Coordinate with system owners ISSMs and Government cybersecurity officials to ensuretimelyresolution of security findings.

• Provide cybersecurityexpertisesupporting system hardening configuration compliance and continuous monitoring activities.

• Maintain cybersecurity documentation and reportingfor audits inspections and compliance reviews.

• Advise the Program Manager and Government oncyber risk posture emerging threats and mitigation strategies.
