Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coach and develop a team of five high-performing payroll specialists serving as the go-to leader and escalation point in a fast-moving environment
• Take hands-on ownership of complex multi-state payroll processing personally overseeing weekly biweekly semi-monthly and monthly payrolls across 48 states
• Become the in-house payroll systems expert partnering closely with leadership to drive software optimization improvements and system-wide enhancements
• Own payroll compliance end-to-end by staying ahead of tax filings regulatory changes and multi-state requirements ensuring accuracy and confidence at every level
