The Sterile Processing Technician reports to the Manager Sterile Processing. Under general supervision of the department manager shift supervisor or designee the Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for decontamination cleaning processing and sterilization of instruments in compliance with medical center policies and procedures state local and federal requirements.

Under general supervision of the department manager shift supervisor or designee the Non-Certified Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for decontamination cleaning processing and sterilization of instruments in compliance with medical center policies and procedures state local and federal requirements.

Additional Job Description

High School Diploma or GED.
