Job Summary

Job Title : Tech Lead - Solution Architect (Azure):

Remote position

Job Type : C2C or W2

Role Description:

Own the end-to-end architecture and technical direction of the project ensuring HIPAA-compliant design and delivery. This role is the cornerstone of the MVP and Scale phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and document the overall solution architecture across Azure Power Platform Teams Fabric and Snowflake.
Make critical technical decisions on APIs microservices and integration patterns.
Lead technical delivery planning ensuring milestones are met.
Establish coding standards quality benchmarks and best practices.
Collaborate with internal SMEs and external developers to align architecture with business goals.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.
Provide technical mentorship to supporting developers and engineers.

Qualifications:

10 years in solution architecture with deep Azure expertise (Functions Logic Apps API Management Service Bus etc.).
Strong background in microservices and API-first design.
Experience with Power Platform Teams integration Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake.
Proven track record of leading technical teams in healthcare or regulated industries.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
