Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our plant in Suzhou.

The Supply Chain manager will be responsible for helping company to take necessary actions to meet customer expectations from order entry till goods delivery.

In this position you will become a key function by working with production Sourcing R&D Sales Quality and other functional departments and drive the On time delivery and inventory improvement.

Primary responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Implementation of global SCM processes and initiatives. Facilitation and implementation of local SIOP process and forecasting with sales and marketing team.
Order management and planning.
Lead the team to optimize Order to delivery flow to speed up response time.
Lead the local team and develop talents.
Inventory Control.

Professional qualifications

You hold a Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering.

CPIM is preferred.

Expert knowledge of Supply Chain Warehousing/logistic Export and import.

Excellent organizational planning skills and effectiveness.

Very Good knowledge of SAP system MS office.

Passionate Customer Focus and positive attitude.

Personal skills

Excellent commercial understanding.
Excellent phone communication.
Excellent IT knowledge (Microsoft Office CRM etc.)
Open mind & good change management skill.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
