Associate, Talent Acquisition

Position Summary

IQVIAs Talent Acquisition organization is evolving rapidly leveraging advanced analytics and AIpowered tools to transform how we attract engage and hire top talent across the life sciences industry. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to provide highimpact support to senior leaders while enabling smooth operations across our recruitment team.

This role blends executive support communications management and project coordination within a fastpaced datadriven environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized techforward proactive and thrives in a global matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage complex calendars and meeting prioritization for senior leaders.
• Handle call requests meeting coordination and followups.
• Plan and execute logistics for team events inperson meetings offsites and teambuilding activities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements itineraries and schedule adjustments as needed.
• Support All Hands Meetings by managing timelines organizing presentations collating slides preparing survey summaries and ensuring smooth execution.

Communications Coordination

• Review and refine communications ensuring clarity alignment and professionalism.
• Manage communication calendars and proactively identify risks to deadlines or milestones.
• Facilitate and track approval workflows across key stakeholders.
• Coordinate News updates internal announcements and crossfunctional communications.

Special Projects & Operational Support

• Provide project coordination and organizational support for Operations initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
• Assist with planning tracking and documentation for Talent Search programs and AIdriven recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams leveraging IQVIAs datacentric culture to help streamline processes and ensure alignment.
• Support adoption and usage of AIenabled tools within the TA team (e.g. assisting with scheduling communication cadences documentation and project workflows).

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree or a few years experience in a recruitment team
• Excellent organizational multitasking and timemanagement skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and communication editing abilities with high attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a techforward environment and learning new tools quickly (AIenabled systems collaboration platforms etc.).
• Ability to navigate a global matrixed datadriven organization with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience supporting senior executives or managing communications workflows.
