Navigate through fast-paced and dynamic projects
Manage an extensive portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives leading and supporting the preparation of proposals project deliverablesreportsand presentations
Work alongside CEOs CFOs Controllers and Treasurers tooptimizethe structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business
Understand the impact of digital technologies and support clients in modernizing their finance functions
Demonstrate robust knowledge and practicalexpertisein the topics of a CFOs agenda (finance processes best practices performance monitoringplanningandbudgeting managementand statutory reporting including consolidation treasury and working capitalmanagement)
Work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution and develop innovative approaches
Identifyand address client needs; activelyparticipatein client discussions and meetings; communicate a broad range of Firm services; manage engagements including preparing conciseaccuratedocuments and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
Collaborate in a team-oriented environment supervise and coach junior team members support knowledge sharing contribute to building a high performing team culture and encourage innovation from team members supporting their ideas and career goals
Create a positive environment by monitoring workloads of teams while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid meaningful feedbackin a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues

What you bring matters
- Bachelors or Mastersdegree from a leading local or overseas universit
- Minimumeight(8)years of experience withinaccounting andfinance functionsdemonstratingstrong understanding of the end-to-endlifecycle(i.e.AP AR GL Consolidation)
- Expertisein driving budgeting processes and financial performance monitoring that support strategic financial decision-making
- Treasury experience specifically in cash flow management liquidity planning and working capital optimization
- Knowledgeofreporting procedures and guidelines / requirements based on IFRS
- Provenexperienceinteamleadershippreferably ina project-basedenvironment
- Proventrack recordof supporting transformation initiativesincluding operating modelsredesigntech-enabledprocessimprovement ERP/EPM/TMS system implementation will be considered an asset
- Chart of accounts design costcenterand profitcenterhierarchies trial balance (TB) mapping to financial statement line items (FSLI)
- Finance and management consulting experience will be regarded positively
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g.ACA ACCA) will be regarded positively
- Strong analyticalnumericaland problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines whilemaintainingthe high quality of deliverables; monitoring project milestones and delegating tasks to team members; guiding and mentoring through meaningfultimelyfeedback
- A confident and positive attitude and passion for providing excellent quality work building relationships working in diverseteamsand continuous learning
- Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information orally and written in both Greek and in English
Preferred knowledge
- Experience in finance process analysis and reengineering (Record-to-Report Purchase-to-Pay Order-to-Cashetc.) as well as in designing and implementing automation solutions across finance processes
- Experience on IFRS standards implementation (e.g.IFRS9 IFRS16 IFRS17) will be considered a plus
- Ability toidentifyand analyze key business driversimpactingfinancial outcomes and to develop tailored management reporting structures including defining key KPIs and performance metrics
- Skilled in implementing cash management practices that enhance operational cash flow and capitalutilization
- Expertisein integrating planning processes across finance commercial and operational functions to enhance forecasting accuracy and alignment
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks integration of ESG KPIs into enterprise performance management and participation in ESG system design and implementationwill be considered a plus
