Job Summary
Were looking for a Finance Specialist who thrives on accuracy owns deadlines and enjoys partnering across the business. Youll support monthend keep payables/receivables humming and contribute sharp commentary that helps leaders make smart decisions
What youll do
Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices monitor aged debt and flag risks early.
Accounts Payable: Prepare payment runs and explain large variances; keep suppliers paid on time.
Bank Reconciliations: Complete weekly reconciliations accurately.
General Ledger: Post accruals journals and depreciation; resolve discrepancies before close
Monthend Reporting: Support balance sheet reviews and management accounts with clear analysis.
Intercompany: Process journals and reconcile crossentity accounts.
Sales & Procurement: Assist with quotes and POs collaborating closely with Finance Manager.
Tax & Compliance: Prepare BAS/PTRS as required.
Continuous Improvement: Spot process efficiencies and help implement them
What youll bring
A degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce; CA/CPA/ACCA (completed or in progress).
Experience with accounting systems (ideally NetSuite) and intermediate/advanced Excel.
Strength in planning prioritising and meeting deadlineswith superb attention to detail.
Clear written & verbal communication; collaborative mindset and comfort with manage their time work hybrid and grow through real ownership of outcomes
