The Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team delivers comprehensive inpatient and ambulatory rehabilitation care for patients recovering from complex medical neurological and functional conditions across adult and pediatric populations. Our multidisciplinary care model emphasizes evidence-based practice continuity of care and close collaboration between APPs physicians therapy teams nursing and care coordination partners.
About the Opportunity
Full-time MondayFriday day schedule
Hybrid inpatient and ambulatory role supporting a diverse PM&R patient population
Practice located incenter city Charlotte
APPs partner closely with physicians in daily rounding functional assessments care planning and care coordination
Join acollegial well-supported practice
Strong interdisciplinary care model with therapy nursing case management and specialty providers
Ideal Candidate
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
PM&R experience preferred; backgrounds in rehabilitation hospital medicine neurology internal medicine or acute care are highly valued
Active prescriptive authority and DEA license
Ability to practice both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
Strong clinical judgment communication skills and commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation care across the lifespan
