Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical and administrative operations of the agency
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to manage patient intake inquiries and care assessments
- Supervise skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements
- Direct billing payroll and data entry activities
- Develop and manage budgets while ensuring the financial success of the agency
- Lead mentor and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of care
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN): Must hold a current valid RN license in the State of Florida
- Home Health Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- At least one (1) year of full-time direct patient care experience in a home health setting
- Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams manage projects and drive results in a healthcare environment
- Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ethics & Teamwork: Commitment to high ethical standards and fostering a collaborative team-oriented culture
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare management systems
