About the Role
Synergie is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to lead and manage the Paintshop area for our client in Wingfield. This is a hands-on leadership role in a well-established company specialising in high-quality agricultural equipment and components.You will supervise daily powder coating operations ensure high-quality finishes and mentor a team to meet production goals all while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Paintshop team ensuring smooth daily operations
Supervise all powder coating processes including preparation application and curing
Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines
Train and mentor team members on powder coating best practices
Maintain a safe clean and OH&S-compliant workplace

Skills & Experience

Proven powder coating experience (essential)
Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Safety-focused with knowledge of OH&S procedures
Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively

Shift Details

Day Shift: Monday Thursday 6:00am 2:30pm Friday 6:00am 12:00pm

Whats on Offer

Casual pay rate: $50 per hour
