Our products can be found throughout the Australian and international mining construction and industrial sectors.
Our Opportunity
As PROKs workshops continues to expand our team is now searching for multiple CNC Machinists. The positions are full-time permanent opportunities based in Ingleburn NSW with day and night shift positions available.
Daily duties will include however are not limited to.
- Programming setting and operating CNC borers and lathes
- Setting and operating large borer machines.
- Machining of shafts and other components as per the drawing.
- Ability to evaluate and review factory orders and drawings to determine job specifications and requirements.
- Responsible for the housekeeping and cleanliness of your designated workplace and site in general to 5S Standard.
The Right Person
You will use your expertise to contribute to the production of PROKs Conveyor rollers. The ideal candidate will have:
- Trade certificate qualified/equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as either a CNC Operator or CNC Programmer.
- CNC milling experience is desirable
- Previous experience setting and operating borer machines.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehensively read and understand engineering drawings.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
- Accept workload and willingly help others when required.
- A professional work ethic which includes being prompt honest and reliable.
- Adhere to safety and WHS practices.
- Ability to effectively move components and products as required throughout the manufacturing process.
