Job Summary
An RFHardware Technician will participate in all aspects of new product testing and V&V (Validation and Verification). Responsibilities include component rework and soldering functional validationreviewing and executing test plans and hardware debug & troubleshooting. Successful Hardware Technicians on ourteam can work independently multi-task effectivelyacross projects communicate well with engineers and are comfortable working in a lab environment.
IN THIS ROLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Test plan review and execution
- Test equipment & lab management including calibration support
- Competency with basic electronic measurement equipment such as power sources DMMs and Oscilloscopes
- Data generation and test report completion
For this Role You Will Need:
- Associates degree in Electronics or similar
- Ability to read basic analog & RF schematics including understanding of analog circuit elements such as op amps power supplies BJT/FET devices and filters
- Familiarity with schematic entry tools such as Mentor Graphics
- Equipment & test system setup for product validation (V&V)
- Component rework and soldering techniques
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Familiarity with RF Test Equipment (RF spectrum analyzers RF signal generators vector network analyzers power meters)
Test automation with basic programming understanding (i.e. LabVIEW Python)
