We own and operate over 2000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S. supplying mainly oxygen nitrogen hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources to major customers in the chemicals petrochemicals refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center located in Houston Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89000 data points and assists with product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to our customers.
Provide support and inputs in proposal developmentby providing project budget project management / engineering hours and schedule estimates.
Review and set-up documents from Engineering disciplines and validate the Engineering baseline master project schedule.
Follow IMS procedure IMSGP11 Installation Projects for the minimum IMS requirements related to the Installation Project Management process.
As Coordinator of Engineering disciplines ensure technical & contractual requirements have properly distributed understood and applied and must ensure the fulfillment of Technical Criteria of the Project Gate Process.
Lead the interface between Engineering disciplines and Functions (Procurement Site Activities...).
Lead the technical clarification / review meetings with Customer / Internal Partner and ensure technical input/output documents exchanges between E&C & customer follows contract requirement.
Provide Engineering disciplines with contract specific requirements from Procurement and ensure coordination with Procurement.
Act as key contact to Site Management when technical clarifications from site are required.
Ensure technical clarification with Subcontractor and provide with specific requirements.
When a Change Order is approved lead the change management with Engineering disciplines and coordinate with Site Activities & Procurement if needed.
Interface with Operations and Maintenance teams to coordinate project execution including but not limited to MOC origination and TAR schedule integration.

1) Level of Autonomy: optimize work packages / propose improvement solutions
2) Projects scope & complexity:
- Execution of full scope Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)
- Team Lead
- Support to Proposals
Physical Requirements
Able to work around process equipment including traversing ladders and stairs
Some travel required (approximately 25-50% of time)
Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
1. BS in Engineering from an accredited university 4-year program (Mechanical Chemical or Electrical preferred).
2. Good technical background and Construction Experiences.
3. 5 years or longer experiences in Engineering / Project Management including at least 1 year with Air Liquide Technology engineering.
4. Operational and / or detailed engineering experience a plus.
