Job Title: Supply Chain Process Improvement & Data Visualization Intern

Description
As part of Galdermas Internship Program the Supply Chain Process Improvement & Data Visualization Intern will support a high-impact initiative focused on improving end-to-end supply chain processes and enhancing data visualization capabilities. This role provides hands-on exposure to supply chain operations process optimization and analytics within a global dermatology organization.
This internship is ideal for a student who is analytical detail-oriented and interested in supply chain management process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Support a comprehensive review of end-to-end supply chain planning and execution processes.
Assist in harmonizing templates and reporting formats across three Business Units for:
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)
Demand and Supply Planning
Analyze existing data flows reports and manual processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Support the development of standardized slide templates and semi-automated workbooks to reduce manual S&OP data updates.
Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to automate weekly KPI tracking and reporting.
Partner with Supply Chain Planning and Analytics stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs.
Participate in workshops working sessions and process reviews.
Document process improvements assumptions and data definitions.
Uphold Galdermas values through collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Learning Objectives:

Data visualization best practices for executive and operational audiences.

Deliverables:
Standardized S&OP slide formats supported by a semi-automated workbook to reduce manual effort.
Power BI dashboards that automate existing manual weekly KPI updates.
Harmonized templates and data visualization standards across three Business Units.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Analytics Data Analytics Operations Management or a related field.
Strong interest in supply chain operations process improvement and analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work with complex datasets and translate them into clear visual insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
